Please note that a qualifying purchase must not break any terms listed below. In such cases where a Premium purchase submitted to us does break these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the affected Premium Reward Units and an increased amount of Base Premium Rewards.

What will stop me from getting ZIPZERO cash rewards?

• No cash reward will be given if another affiliate link is used.
• Cash rewards won't be paid in conjunction with staff discounts.
• Cash rewards won't be paid in conjunction with student discounts.
• Cash rewards will not be given if gift cards/vouchers are used.
• Cash rewards will not be given for purchasing gift cards/vouchers.
• Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by ZIPZERO will mean no cash reward is awarded.
• If you're purchasing through the ASOS app, please ensure that the app is installed onto your device before clicking through ZIPZERO as otherwise your transaction may not be tracked so therefore you might not be eligible for the cash rewards.
• Please ensure you do not visit any other sites before transacting. If you do visit other sites before purchasing and wish to re-visit ASOS via us to earn cash rewards, ensure you re-enter the checkout process on a new browser tab.
• In order to earn your ASOS cash reward, you must click through to the ASOS site, add products to the basket and transact all in one sitting.

What else is essential?

• Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
• You will not receive cash rewards on items returned/exchanged
• We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
• This merchant calculates cash rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
• Cash rewards can take up to 90 days to be paid.

When to do What?

• "Missing Cash rewards" query must be submitted within 50 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically, otherwise it'll be declined.
