What will stop me from getting ZIPZERO cash rewards?

• No cash reward will be given if another affiliate link is used.
• Cash rewards won't be paid in conjunction with staff discounts.
• Cash rewards won't be paid in conjunction with student discounts.
• Cash rewards will not be given if gift cards/vouchers are used.
• Cash rewards will not be given for purchasing gift cards/vouchers.
• Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by ZIPZERO will mean no cash reward is awarded.
• If anything from within a basket is unpaid or returned, the cash rewards for the whole basket will be declined.
• No cash reward will be given if you use Nectar Points to pay for your purchase.
• Purchases made on other sites than Ebay's UK site are non-commissionable and will receive a 0% cash reward.
• To be eligible for cash rewards, only one payment method can be used per transaction.

What else is essential?

• Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
• We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
• This merchant calculates cash rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
• Cash rewards can take up to 90 days to be paid.
• Payment of cash rewards will not be made on unpaid items with eBay, and persistent offending will result in the termination of your ZIPZERO membership and forfeiture of all earnings.
• A maximum of £50 cashback may be earned per transaction.
• The cash rewards rate you will receive will be the cash reward rate live at the time you complete your purchase and pay for your item, not the cashback rate that may have been live at the time of bidding.
• Please do not lodge any missing cashback claims until the auction has been completed and the payment is taken for the winning bid.
• Cash rewards can only be earned on purchases over £1.
• Cash rewards are only paid on legitimate transactions.
• Cash rewards are only paid on legitimate Winning Bid or "Buy It Now" transactions. Cash rewards are not available on bids placed with a sniping service/tool.
• To qualify for cashback the purchase must be made within 24hrs of clicking through from ZIPZERO.
• We are not able to accept claims on cash on collection-style auctions. PayPal is the safest way for us to investigate a claim in the highly unlikely event of your cashback not tracking.
• When lodging a missing cashback claim, the claims team may ask for the confirmation email sent by Ebay when the transaction is completed.

When to do What?

• "Missing Cash rewards" query must be submitted within 50 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically, otherwise it'll be declined.
