In-store Receipts
You can scan a detailed till receipt of any purchase made at any shop in the UK. A receipt is only valid if it’s a purchase that you or another member of your household has made. We can only accept receipts for personal expenses. Any receipts for business or commercial purposes don’t qualify for our receipt scanning program.
Receipts MUST be shown in full and include:
- The merchant's details (name, address, VAT number),
- Date and time of purchase,
- All purchase prices (for particular items),
- Total amount paid
Receipts MUST also:
- Be a regular, till receipt from a brick-and-mortar shop,
- Be scanned within 7 days of the purchase date
Please note, the use of vouchers, coupons or points toward the value of receipts will not count towards your rewards. ZIPZERO only rewards the final monetary value of the receipt.
Online Confirmations
If users want to earn extra money by shopping with our Premium Partners, you can do so by sending your online shopping order confirmations ensuring an offer click has been made.
Users can still attain rewards for sending their order confirmations without making an offer click.
Please make sure your order confirmation is forwarded to your personal unique ZIPZERO email and that it includes the following information:
- Merchant Name
- Time / Date listed on the forwarded email
- Product Data
- Value of the purchase
If any of the aforementioned is omitted, it is likely that we will be unable to register your confirmation and you will not receive units for the forwarded confirmation. If you have any trouble obtaining the correct receipt or confirmation, please contact the retailer for assistance.
