Go to the 'Bills' section on your ZIPZERO App and press the 'Payment History' button. You can now see all of the payments made by ZIPZERO on your behalf.
Your payment(s) could show 3 different statuses:
- PAID - We have transferred the funds to your biller
- PROCESSING - Checks are taking place to see if your payment can be made (e.g. if the bank account you have provided belongs to a company we can qualify as a utility provider)
- VOID - The payment has been cancelled (e.g. because you’re trying to send it to someone else other than a utility provider)
PLEASE NOTE
The 'PAID' status does not necessarily mean that your biller has allocated the payment and updated your account balance. To be sure that your bill has been received and allocated to your account, please contact the utility provider’s customer support.
