How do I add a biller? Follow

Go to the “Bills” section of the app and click the “+ Add Biller” option. Add the payment details for your biller of choice (eligible services: water, gas, electricity, telephone, TV, internet, and council tax).

You will need the following information:

• Name of your biller,
• Sort code
• Bank account number,
• Personal customer reference/account number for that service 

If you can't see the details of the service provider you're looking for, check for them in your online panel on their website or on your last bill. You can also contact their customer support directly to obtain them. REMEMBER: You can't add your own bank details (or any third party, other than one of your utility providers) to ZIPZERO as it is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in the deletion of your account.
