The grace period is the time it takes for units to become ‘available’ after an online purchase is completed and the sale has been confirmed and shared with ZIPZERO. The grace period for any purchase that is not connected to a premium offer (in-store receipts and online purchases) will now be set at 7 days (all purchases made on or after the 1st March 2023). Purchases that are connected to a premium offer will be subject to a grace period, which can be found by clicking on the offer details.
In regards to Premium transactions made via the ZIPZERO app, the grace period gives users time to return a product or cancel an order. It also gives time for our retail partners to pay us the commission for the transaction the user completed.
You can find out how many days are left in the grace period by clicking on your chosen pending purchase within the transaction section of the app.
