If we have deleted your account, this means that you have not been active in the last 6 months. Our aim with closing in-active accounts was to help push things forward by focusing on new offers for the truly active ZIPZERO users.
To impel this, we closed the accounts of inactive users who were not active before the 30th of November 2022 for 6 consecutive months.
To be an active user as communicated in our emails was to have scanned 5 in-store receipts or provided 5 online confirmations from shopping via the ZIPZERO app.
All Users received email correspondence explaining our plans to delete inactive users and were advised to scan an in-store receipt or make an online purchase via the ZIPZERO app before we actioned this. Please check your email for our correspondence or follow the link below for our last update:
