We’re excited to announce that we are launching our Monthly Free Prize Draw! Starting in February, you will be given the chance to win up to £500 worth Units, added directly into your ZIPZERO account, increasing your available units balance for payment towards bills.
How do I enter?
In order to qualify for our Monthly Free Prize Draw, you must declare your willingness to participate via the app. Please head to the settings in your app and click 'Enter the ZIPZERO Monthly Free Prize Draw' to confirm your entry!
You must have a minimum balance of £0.01 in your account at the end of each month to be entered in the draw.
Do I need to be an active user to enter the draw?
Yes, please make sure you have a combination of at least 5 accepted physical receipts or confirmations associated with your account in each month you want to participate.
How many entries am I limited to?
There is no limit!
Every £0.01 in your balance will count as one Free Draw entry (provided you are an active user and you have declared your willingness to participate). Your balance of unused units at 23:59 GMT on the last day of each month will be taken as entries into the draw.
When is the prize draw?
Each Draw will take place within the first seven days of each month. The lucky winners will be contacted via their ZIPZERO email, so keep an eye out to see if you won!
