    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out and waiting patiently for our response.

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused by a recent bug in our scanning engine. The issue affected our ability to recognise receipts properly over the last week, and we understand the frustration this may have caused. We're happy to inform you that issue is now resolved!
    Any receipts you were unable to scan during this time can now be rescanned and should now appear on your wallet. However, if you find that any of your scanned receipts are outdated and no longer valid, please email them to us at contact@zipzero.com.
