    I'm in the same position waiting since 22 March, ridiculous to take so long and once emailed we replied to me not until middle of may hopefully. Please zipzero try to process bills quicker for customers.

    Yes, I'm the same. Requested 7th April and still waiting. It's pretty bad really. We put the effort into the scheme and it takes forever to get anything back out

    Haven't paid my bill from early April either. Zipzero have clearly run out of money. Long term users will know we've been here before... Don't hold your breath on any of them getting paid from here on in.

    The app is a joke 2 months waiting for my available funds to be paid out, yet when you ask they fob you off saying it will processed mid may after waiting for a month and come June no payout its like they have no means to payout so Dont use them anymore waste of your time

    Yep, they've clearly got cash flow issues (i.e. run out of cash to pay anybody) but aren't being completely honest with it. Meanwhile, week after week, those premium offers keep getting advertised. Strange.

    Sick off the pop ups and notifications about offers which don’t come to fruition tell us as your members if you have issues please post something about don’t keep stringing us along

    Those of us who are long term users can tell you we have been here before. They are currently using the excuse that they are waiting for the retailers to pay for the data before they can pay users but that excuse ran out end of May. The issue is ZIPZERO will amass a massive debt to its users that you won’t get your payment easily. I amassed £170 up to 2022 and only since last year have they started to pay it back together with new earnings. They have set the rule that you need to scan 5 receipts per week for 6 consecutive months and then they will pay £10 of what they owe maximum a month until the debt has gone. I fear there is so many people who have not been paid, I fear ZIPZERO will make similar rules this time to keep the business afloat. Atleast I have managed to get £150 of what they owe me out of them but still they owe me £70

    The other issue they have is many users are using the flaw in the system to make extra money by going wombling and scanning receipts which are not their own. I believe they will be putting systems in place to prevent that from happening. Eg only cash and cards registered to you will be approved

    Yes people may be scanning receipts that are not their but there's isn't a way to stop that as if they by cash how can you prove its their receipt or not you can't
