    We are pleased to inform you that the first funds from our partners have been unlocked, and we are now actively processing these pending payments based on submission dates. We are on track to fulfil payments within 7 working days. Once your payment has been processed, you will be notified in your ZIPZERO app.

    Same for me. 3 payments pending. From april. Everytime you email them you get a clearly copied and pasted message from tanya who obviously isnt even taking time to read messages. They obviously have no intention on paying out

    Same here - except I email them and no one even bothers to reply - must be somewhere we can escalate this

    If they don't pay you within 3 business days they have broken the contract they hold with you.

    In their terms of service it states they will pay within 3 business days.

    They have a right to change these terms but they only come into effect the day they formally announce them and they yet to formally announce it as emailing after people asking where payment is isn't announcing it. It is just them trying to get out of it.

    They obviously don't have a legal team as they are prepared to go to court thinking they will win for breaking their own contract with their customers.
