    Hello Nataliemair46,

We understand that some of our Users don’t shop online very often or even at all.

Currently, we are working on introducing in-store Premium Rewards which will take a few more months but we look forward to launching the beta version soon giving our Users the option to get Premium Units for their in-store shopping – at as many physical stores as possible!

In the meantime, Users can make payments with the commission received through online shopping. This covers the Base & Premium Units earned and provides the cash needed to pay bills. There are hundreds of Premium Offers from between 0.5% - 10% that you can choose from including Amazon, eBay, ASOS, M&S, Morrisons, and many more. To see how, see our website: https://zipzero.com/2021/11/how-does-online-shopping-work/

So basically I've been scanning receipts for over a year!!! got £35 thats all went back to pending and I now to to match that to online shopping rewards that I don't do!!! what a complete waste of time to begin with honestly,  I understand everything that went on through covid with not been able to pay out but this is an absolute kick in the teeth for your customers.

    Worst idea

Wow - taken 7 months to respond to the OP.

Back in November, in-store premium rewards were promised for Q1 of 2022.  Coming up to the end of Q2, they're still a few months away.

    Great!
