I still don't understand how to distinguish between a Base and Premium points Partner. For example, IdealWorld offers 2% + 0.5%. Are they a Premium partner because there's an additional cashback? Would it not be easier to have a list of Premium partners?

  Good Question!

  IdealWorld is a Premium offer as it gives you an extra 2% on top of the ZIPZERO Base Reward of 0.5%. You can find more info on that here:

  If you click on an offer and the retailer gives you a reward as well as ZIPZERO, this is how you will know if it is a Premium Reward or not. I have attached a screenshot below to help:
