where do i find the new Zipzero app

Where do I find the new Zipzero app please as I have tried to download it and it still is the same as the old app.

nothing is moving from pending to available 

I have £119.00 to move over this will take forever, I had tried to use some of this to pay a bill months ago and the money was never released.

Not a happy customer

  Hi Karen, 

  The new app is on both the App Store and Google Play. You will need to do a small update and the new app will then be ready.
