    Upon purchasing from Amazon, the familiar process is that Amazon provides an Order confirmation in email form and once this is received, it is advised that this email is forwarded to your dedicated ZIPZERO email address for processing.

    You can find your dedicated ZIPZERO email within any of the available online offers listed within the app. 

    Below is an example of what this looks like:


    It is essential to highlight that ZIPZERO cannot accept PDFs, images/screenshots, weblinks, dispatch confirmations or PayPal confirmations.
