Getting less than 0.5% on receipts

I'm receiving only 0.01 or 0.02£ from transactions, where before I was getting 0.5%. I also haven't received the correct payback on transactions with premium partners (trainline for example). Thanks

  I have also noticed that the rewards have all but disappeared, I am now mostly earning 1 or 2 pence per transaction. Hopeful just a transitional glitch.

  I have just downloaded this app and uploaded a few receipts, one for £128 for Boots but I'm only getting 13p for it, I was expecting about 64p, isn't Boots one of there premium partners???
