Pending Items since Feb 2020!
AnsweredI've been with ZipZero a good while, but I don't use online to purchase items regularly, so I had decent amount in 'Base Units', now since the update I believe these should be now moved into available units so I can to put towards house hold bills etc. Mine, however have been in pending since 28.02.20 YES 2020!!!, I've updated, reinstalled tried emailing zipzero but just get an auto reply saying there's a grace period of 90days, which obvs many have passed.
Has anyone else experienced this, have any idea how I can resolve this problem?

Thank you for reaching out and waiting patiently for our response.
We can recall that during 2020 and 2021 users had available funds and even made payments with their available funds but during this period, ZIPZERO was going through some unprecedented changes due to COVID.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that occurred to due the change in how ZIPZERO worked and we understood that some of our users don't shop online very often or even at all to be able to attain Premium units to unlock their Base units.
However, we can happily say that Base units are no longer linked to Premium purchases. In other words, you do not need to shop with our Premium offers to get your outstanding balance of Base units released for bill payments.

The pending Base unit funds that you have accumulated until the 30th of November 2022 will change their status from 'Pending' to 'Available' towards a bill payment on the 1st of January if you have been actively using the ZIPZERO app for 6 consecutive months, i.e. :
Successfully scanning at least 5 valid in-store receipts per month or sharing with us at least 5 valid online purchase confirmations per month.
If you have not been actively using the app in the last 6 months, don't worry. You can start now! Continue earning via online shopping and soon, In-Store Premium shopping and once the grace period has passed you will have a greater amount to put toward your bills!
