Constantly rejected Amazon entries.
Following your help article that says:
“Users can now earn rewards for all of their shopping trips - snap your in-store shopping receipts or send any online purchase confirmations to your ZIPZERO email address and earn funds to pay your monthly bills!”
I am sending you my Amazon confirmations but you are rejecting them.
For the love of God can you please just give us ONE definitive help file that describes EXACTLY how we are supposed to send you our receipts AND get the recognition for sending this data?
So far it seems you are continuing to mine our data and not actually abiding by your own marketing.
I look forward to your reply and it should be noted I am going to be logging a complaint with both the Information Commissioner and Trading Standards office in Leicester as it seems you are just continually moving goalposts and making it difficult to accrue our base points back.
