Hello Again. I recieved a very positive reply to my previous post but there are still plenty of purchases that I have made on Amazon that have been rejected or simply lie in the pending file. The ones in the pending file date back over a year and should now be available. I checked that I have sent the correct "order confirmation" email and that is the case in nearly all. Any that have incorrect emails I have resent the correct order confirmation.
It appears that there is a serious flaw in the program that filters and assesses these purchase and we are loosing out after sticking with ZIP Zero through the hard times. I also have a problem with the instore offers - some of the receipts are just read - a recent MacDonalds purchase was put through as Next!
