    Hello there Fraggle,

Thanks for joining the community and for your question.

As requested, Any pending base units from before December 2022 will be released at a rate of £10 a month. You will continue to get the £10 monthly until the balance of your old units is empty. To begin the release of these units, users need to be active for 6 months in a row. Active means scanning 5 successful receipts per month. They can be online or in-store receipts.

To have us tell you exactly how many months you need to be active, please contact us at contact@zipzero.com.

We hope this has been easier for you to understand!

    Warmest Regards,

    The ZIPZERO Team

Call me a cynic but they keep changing the rules and goalposts as soon as we get anywhere near pay-out.

I have £35 waiting in the old pending units. I was expecting £10 of that to appear to payout in February 2023, but this hasn't happened.

Whats the odds that the 5 month countdown actually is from December 2022 and when we get to April (month 4) that the rules will change again and some other qualifying period will be introduced. This new period will then be changed yet again and so on to the point we will never see these pending units.

Practically, to release the earning already earned you've to give them even more receipts... and the grace period for receipts that already are 2 years old is adding even more insult to injury. I'll never see my £30 ... I feel scammed more than if zipzero simply had gone bust.. or burst !

This ridiculous hoop of 5 receipts here, 6 months there is just a con of goal post changing in order to never pay out. Never had a company been so aggressively fraudulent as this lot quite frankly.

To be honest im very tempted to lodge a small claims case against the limited company and directors.
Yeah it will cost me, but the company would get a CCJ and banks hate lending to companies with CCJs.

    And now the coverup begins.
Get everyone offline so that there is no written record.

Thanks all the same Tanya but why no clear explanation here so we can all see the response?

So, my email said I need to be active for the next 5 consecutive months to get my first £10 released from the pending funds.

Since those funds have been building since 2020, I think that's a bit unfair.

The reply I got from them was that they can change the terms and conditions whenever they like and then conveniently quoted it.
They've not bothered to reply when I mentioned that to change terms retrospectively is unfair and also prob illegal under unfair terms in consumer contracts regulations now the Consumer Rights Act.

They also hide behind a virtual office address.
I would be interested if anyone here has any emails from zipzero back in 2020/2021/2022 where they were pleading poverty and where the old, new old, final new old rules about when premium and regular units were introduced.

Only transactions older than 90 will be released at £10/month as long as you "stay active". I got £10 released at the beginning of January and February each. Now my oldest pending transactions are from October 2021, so I'll be expecting the pending £30 I still have to be released by beginning of May.

    Hey Thomas
Ive had £20 ish pending since the best part of early 2021, however only £3 odd has been "released" so you've done well to get some money out of ZipZero, that is if they actually paid it out.
